Margaret E. Ward

Margaret is a leadership consultant, facilitator, coach and an inclusion campaigner. Her company Clear Eye helps businesses, people and not for profits grow.

 

She’s interested in inclusive, sustainable leadership and communities, and in 2010 founded Women on Air, a not for profit networking group that ensures greater diversity on the airwaves. She also provides communications training to Women for Election and Irish Society for Women in Economics.

 

Margaret served on the board of Failte Ireland for six years and was a founding member of its sustainability and climate action sub-committee. She has a certificate in ESG measurement from Chartered Accountants Ireland.

 

Before she founded Clear Eye, Margaret was an award-winning investigative and business journalist for The Irish Times, The Sunday Times and Newstalk. She was awarded the Law Society of Ireland’s Justice Media Award for Social and Campaigning journalism. She’s a regular TV and radio contributor on RTE, Virgin Media, BBC and NPR (USA).
